- Walk-ins are welcome. Enrollment at the door is first-come, first serve. QB Training, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made no less that 3 business days prior to the scheduled session date in order to receive a full refund. After that time a refund will be given less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
